Ladies' Precept Bible Study

Responsibilities: Help in planning, preparation, execution, promotion of once a month breakfast, once a year retreat, and special events.
Missions Team

  • Responsibilities: Planning, Preparation, Execution, Promotion of Projects, Festival, Fundraisings, Evangelism Outreach.
Sunday Morning Prayer Couples
  • Team: Gary & Pia, Phil & Bonnie, Taiwo & Funke, and Pastor Ray & Deanna.
  • Responsibilities: They provide a safe space for people needing healing, guidance, or emotional breakthrough, keep requests strictly confidential, and offer spiritual support following the pastor's sermon. 
Sunday Morning Refreshments
  • Leader: Pia
  • Team: Debbie, Kim, Lisa, and Nely.
  • Responsibilities: After the Sunday morning service:
    Setting up coffee percolators, boiling hot water, arranging pastries, donuts, cookies, on serving platters, ensuring the station is fully supplied with cream, sugar, napkins, stir sticks, and cups.
    Leaving the place spotless and ready for the subsequent services, wiping down the kitchen counters, washing equipment, managing leftovers and emptying trash, noting down low stock levels of coffee, paper goods or sugar so supplies can be replenished before the next week.
Sunday Morning School Nursery (Ages 2-3)
  • Team: Praying for God's provision.
  • Responsibilities: From 9:45am, to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for infants and toddlers, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met.
Sunday Morning School Teacher (JK, SK & Grade 1 & 2)
  • Anna, Esther and Nethalie.
  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to set up class.
    With The Project Gospel curriculum, they help children understand the gospel story, and that the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified narrative of God's plan to rescue His people through Jesus. 
Sunday Morning School Teacher's Helper (JK, SK & Grade 1 & 2)
  • Alessandro, Anabella, Ingrid, Kim, Debbie, and Pat L. 
  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to assist the Teacher to prepare the classroom, and when dismissal is announced, taking the children downstairs to their class.
Sunday Morning School Teacher (Grade 3-6)
  • Lisa, Pia and Wendy.
  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to set up class.

  • Responsibilities: Sensitive information. Must be a member of the church, with a good standing for at least 2 years.

  • Team: Praying for God's provision.
  • Responsibilities: From 9:30am, crucial role as doorkeepers, following rules & regulations. Assist with greeting & seating guests, collecting offerings, handing out of communion, ensuring the service runs smoothly, to have a reverent worship experience.
Sunday Morning Welcome Team
  • David H, Linda, Judith, Nely, Perry, Phil P, Tammy and Teresa.
  • Responsibilities: From 9:30am, the first point of contact for newcomers and members, greeting with a smile, shaking hands, available to answer newcomers’ questions, handing out bulletins and taking attendance.

  • Team: Alessandro, AnaK, Clark, Derek, Henry, John L, and Marc.
  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 8:45am to set up cameras, mics and stands properly.
    They are the Production Management: Operating soundboard and livestreaming equipment to ensure high-quality communication.
Women’s Ministry

  • Responsibilities: Help in planning, preparation, execution, promotion of once a month breakfast, once a year retreat, one day retreat, summer outings, and special events.

  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 8:45 to practice before the service.
    Playing a music instrument for the LORD.
Sunday Morning Worship Screen Slides

  • Responsibilities: Arriving at 8:45am to practice before the service.
    They operate lyric and sermon projection in a timely manner to help the congregation focus on God and biblical teachings.
